Panelists

Kathleen and Blair are lawyers with Dwyer Tax Law in Victoria. Dwyer Tax Law focuses on tax and estate planning strategies. This includes the preparation and implementation of customized estate and succession plans based on the unique planning goals of the client. Plans often make use of numerous planning tools, including trusts, corporate reorganizations, wills, probate bypass structures, family agreements, income-splitting strategies, and advance positioning to take advantage of post-mortem strategies.

As a Senior Trust and Estate Consultant with CIBC Trust Corporation, Brian believes that a key component of any wealth management plan is an estate plan; one that protects you and your family, your assets, preserves your legacy and ensures that your plans occur as you desire. Administering an estate, trust or acting as an attorney for property is time consuming and requires a knowledge of many different areas. Brian and his team at CIBC Trust have the expertise to execute, or assist others with the execution of those roles effectively and efficiently, thereby relieving the burden of the administration from those appointed and allowing them to focus on what matters most.
