Team of the Week - Specials
Our specials team works together to plan school-wide and class programs for all Hartman Eagles. They support each other's programs through their help, attendance and support at many after-hours school functions. They know every Hartman student by name and have the unique perspective of seeing each child grow from Kinder all the way through sixth grade.
Fun Facts:
Lynne and Susan have been at Hartman since the school opened in 2002.
Elizabeth Trowbridge was a buyer for Neiman-Marcus in a "before teaching" career.
Collin Strahan played football at Tarleton State University.

Team Dynamics
Every team is made up of teachers who have individual strengths, communication styles, teaching styles and personalities. One of the most rewarding parts of my job include working with such diverse teams of people. What is the one thing that we ALL share? The desire to be the BEST we can be to help EACH and EVERY student be the best THEY can be. Hartman is blessed to have such skilled, dedicated staff members who all remember we are here for the kids. THANK YOU for all you do each day to make Hartman a place parents want their children to learn and grow!
Energy Shutdown
Don't forget to watch for the directions for the energy shutdown. Team leaders, please be sure each door on your hallway (don't forget workrooms) has a completed energy form before leaving for the winter break!!! Let's all help make sure Hartman is once again 100% compliant!

Great Things Happening at Hartman!
Jennifer Smiley did an outstanding job of introducing a math concept by letting students work in groups to draw a picture depicting the math needed to solve the real-world problem.
Kacee Sipriano did a great job providing students with engaging math stations while she worked with some struggling students on the day's objective.
Elizabeth Trowbridge spent all day on a Sunday learning a new teaching strategy in an optional staff development. She did this because she wants to offer this for her students. Way to go!
Lisa Gear has worked with her Robotics teams on nights and weekends to help them prepare for their competition on Saturday. They won FIRST PLACE and will advance to regionals in February. Way to go, Hartman Robotics!!

Thought for the Week
So many of our dreams at first seem impossible, then they seem improbable, and then, when we summon the will, they soon become inevitable.
