1/4 of the Way There!
Today marks the end of a very good first 9 weeks here at Union City Jr-Sr High School. It is also the final weekend before a big/historical week here at Randolph Eastern. I cannot explain to you just how excited I am to finally see all of our hard work in technology come to practice next week with our eLearning days. For years we have worked really hard to get to the point where technology is used in our classrooms to make teaching more relevant to our students. This week, we get to showcase our work in this area.
We will also be taking part in the "Leader in Me" training next Wednesday and Thursday as well. This training will be from 8:00-2:00 with breaks and lunch built in. Please come with an open mind and the willingness to grow not only as an educator but as a person as well.
**Grades are due Tuesday, October 16 by 10:00 am**
Have a wonderful weekend and be encouraged by the fact that we are very close to a well deserved FALL BREAK!

October 17 & 18
It is time! We finally get to use the skills we have been developing for years here at UC! Below I am going to share the link for the eLearning checklist and the eLearning peer review form. It would be very beneficial for all of you to partner with a colleague and have them check out your lesson prior to Tuesday.
October 17 & 18
Please remember that next Wednesday and Thursday from 4-7 pm we will be hosting our annual parent-teacher conferences in the cafe'. Powerschool has been turned off in an attempt to encourage parents to stop in and check on their students progress.
HARBOR INCENTIVE:
I will be providing pizza the jr high and high school harbor classrooms that have the best attendance for conferences. Please use this to pump your students up! This would be a great time to set up a REMIND group for your harbor kids so you can communicate with them easily.
