Periodic Table
The periodic table is organized by increasing atomic numbers. Elements are grouped together by groups/families. Groups and families are the vertical columns. All the elements in one column have similar properties.
Atomic Number & Atomic Mass
Atomic numbers is equal tot he number of protons in the nucleus some of its properties are color, size, smell (etc) and the Atomic mass is the mass of a chemical elements that is equivalent to the number of the protons and nectons in the atom.
Protons, Neutrons, Electrons
Proton- A stable subatomic particle occurring in all atomic nuclei, with a positive electric charge equal in magnitude to that of an electron, but of opposite sign
