What are we working on this week?
We've gotten a great start on our end of year projects! Some learners are tackling the Amateur Architect project, some are creating math lessons and stories using Keynote, while others are working on Geometry towns or even learning about probability!
ELAR/SOCIAL STUDIES:
Our creative learners are researching and taking notes as they decide how they might share their famous American in history with the rest of us! A lot of wonderful ideas are coming and I can't wait to share their projects! Lots of reading, writing and creating happening!
SCIENCE:
We are continuing our study of life science and working through review activities! Learners are reviewing through reading and creating visual notes to refresh their memories and deepen their understanding of concepts studied in third through fifth grade.
Resiliency
LEE LIFE PRINCIPLE:
Resiliency- recovering from or adjusting easily to misfortune or change
LESSON IN LEADERSHIP:
Accept that you are going to make mistakes. Learn from them and move on.
LEE QUOTE OF THE WEEK:
"Effort only fully releases its reward after a person refuses to quit." -Napoleon
