No Bake Chocolate Cookies
- 1 (5oz) pkg chocolate chips (cart ingredient)
- 1 stick butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3 c. instant quick oats
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
Melt Chocolate chips in saucepan. Add sugar and milk. Stir and boil 1 minute. Stir in oats and peanut butter. Drop on waxed paper and flatten a little. Cool before serving.
We used the chocolate chips off of the class room cart as our cart ingredient. Erin and I (Morgan Kordsmeier) went to the store the day before the challenge and bought all the other ingredients.
