You are the Lead for our consultancy arm and manage the entire project lifecycle of multiple planned and on-going internal and external projects for our local and international cross sector clients. You are tasked to grow our expert database and coordinate consultants and project teams. Your portfolio also entails designing, fundraising and proposal writing for tender bids and funding applications for future projects.

Responsibilities
You will have the following areas of responsibility:
Develop comprehensive project planning frameworks and documentation
Conduct risk assessments, prevention and mitigation plans
Develop, manage and report on project budgets
Manage project resources including international consultants, partners, clients, service providers and vendors
Design enhanced project management frameworks and processes
Teach project frameworks and skills to new staff, interns and volunteers
Fundraising and proposal development in collaboration with senior management, partners and consultants
Management and scope
- Project design and planning
- Source and manage project resources including consultants and vendors
- Fundraising and proposal writing in collaboration with senior management
- Quality assurance of write-ups
- Projects progress reports and documentation
- Project financial accounts
- Risk assessment and risk management of project portfolio
- Proposed improvements of our project management frameworks, culture and tools

In the medium term your goal is to improve our project management capacity and performance
In the long term your goal is to build a strong project management culture, process maturity and practice in Scope Group
