What's Going On in Our Classroom??
Math News
We are currently wrapping up our study of measurement. This includes customary and metric measurements of length, weight, and capacity. Much of their understanding includes how to covert inches to feet, feet to yards, and centimeters to meters, etc. Also, cups, quarts, gallons, and milliliters and liters. We will also be working on pounds, ounces, and kilograms, grams, and milligrams. We will also be reviewing place value, multiplication/division, and fractions in preparation of taking our EOG's at the beginning of June. Students should continue to work in iready reading and math on weak and challenge goals.
