Outstanding Students

Our Outstanding Students program recognizes students who go above and beyond to make our school a great place. Teachers choose one student from each grade level who deserves recognition. The students who are chosen receive a Sonic drink of their choice, get their name on the marquee, and are recognized in the VAMS newsletter. We would like to congratulate the following students for making our school a great place to be:

Presley McDonald - 5th Grade

Izzy Stasney - 6th Grade

Kaleb Stafford - 7th Grade

Alexia Smith - 8th Grade

Way to go! You make us proud!

Teacher of the Month

Congratulations to our wonderful Teacher of the Month, Stephanie Fernandez. As you all know she does an outstanding job with her students and goes above and beyond to make them a part of our campus. Here recently she has gotten a grant for vegetable gardens for her students to take care of, and possibly one for a water-bottle refill water fountain to help make our campus a little greener. Thank you for all you and your team do Stephanie!
