Sessions for March

Online sessions using AnyMeeting will begin the week of March 13. The sessions for March have been posted on the RILINK LibCal site. Each topic is offered multiple times, on different days of the week at 10:00AM and 4:00PM.


Please register as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours before a scheduled session. Registration for each session is limited to 10.


The scheduling of the sessions reflects the preferences indicated in the training survey.


Please review AnyMeeting Tips on the Professional Development guide. Following these tips should avoid problems attending the sessions.


Invitations to join the AnyMeeting session will be sent out no later then the morning of the specific session by 9:00 AM. Please notify Sharon immediately if you registered but did not receive an invitation to attend from AnyMeeting.

Assets & Image Manager

Tuesday, March 14th, 10-11am

This is an online event.

During this session the Content menu options Assets and Image Manager will be demonstrated. Asset Types and the options to add and manage them will be reviewed. The same will be done for the Image Manager.


Registration is now open through March 12 for this session. Sessions are limited to 10 attendees. You will be added to a waiting list if you register for a full session. Those on the waiting list will be notified by email if a slot opens for the session and will be moved automatically to the registered list.


This session is repeated on the following dates and times.

Guides vs Pages

Thursday, March 23rd, 10-11am

This is an online event.

During this session the difference between Guides & Pages will be modeled. The change in Guide Status & Share Options will also be reviewed.


Registration is now open through March 21 for this session. Sessions are limited to 10 attendees. You will be added to a waiting list if you register for a full session.
