Read-A-Thon

November 5th-November 18th we need our "Agents of Change" to help us reach GOALS to benefit our school and a neighboring school!

-Read 60 minutes per day!

-Collect $25 in pledge money!

As a school we want to read 352,800 minutes and raise $10,500! More reading and collecting would make us "SUPER Agents!"

-Book Drive: Please donate new or gently used books to be donated to a neighboring school as well as for their students who may not have many reading resources at home.

-Watch for tracking logs, sponsor forms, and Book Drive details being sent home next week.

Here is the Flyer with all the details!

Here is the PayPal Link to make a pledge!

Holiday Craft Day

The Holidays are fast approaching and that means so is our school Holiday Craft Day. The 4K-5th grade students will be making an ornament and Holiday card this year. The ornament will be displayed on the school tree for the Holiday concert and then sent home. The Holiday card will be given to senior citizens in Washington County that receive home delivered meals. Each classroom requires 2-3 volunteers to assist the students in making the ornaments and cards.

Use this link to signup for a classroom to assist. This year the date/time can vary by classroom so pay careful attention to the date/time you signup for.

Drop off/Pick up Procedures...PLEASE READ

Drop Off - The best place to drop off students prior to 7:30 a.m. is door 6. Door 1 is unlocked at 7:15 a.m. and door 3 is unlocked at 7:30.

  • Any children arriving before 7:30 a.m. must come through door 6 (Multi-purpose room). This means parents should drop their children off in the back of the school using the entrance off of Hwy O which is west of the school. If students enter through door 1 (Office), prior to 7:30 a.m. an adult must accompany them.
  • At 7:30 a.m., door 3 (Gym) will be unlocked. All students must report to multi-purpose room if they are not with an adult.
  • At 7:50 a.m., door 13 (Library/Kindergarten) will be unlocked. An adult will be present to greet the students who arrive. Parents walking their child in this door should park in a designated parking stall and make sure their car is not unattended in the fire lane. This is a drop off only lane.

Pick-up -

  • At 3:16 p.m. door 1 (Office) and 3 (Gym) will be opened.
