From the Principal

If you can believe it, we are already through the first half Trimester 1! All of our before school music groups started this week. It was so exciting to see our band, orchestra and choir students all here for their morning rehearsals!

A huge thank you to all of the dads that came out for our WatchDOGS event on Wednesday. If you missed it, please see below for all of the information. As we look to grow this program this year, we are hoping to get WatchDOGS in to classrooms throughout the day, not just at lunch and recess. If you have any questions about the program, don't hesitate to let me know.

Have a great weekend!

Kristy McKnight

Grades K-2 enjoyed learning and creating their own interpretation of Jasper John's Three Flags. Each grade also made a "flag", following John's favorite Americana subject, by tying different red, white and blue fabrics to dowel rods. They will be donated to local organizations for Veteran's Day, Jasper Johns is also a veteran. Grades 3 - 5 will participate in activities next week.
