Positive Affirmations I Can Use
To ensure I have the best health I can everyday, I will make sure that I eat the proper foods that will help keep me healthy. I will eat foods such as fruits and vegetables. I will also take the time and do exercise such as lifting weights and doing yoga to reduce the stress on me. I will also try and get at least 8 hours of sleep. I will also start washing my hands more so I can stay healthy. For the mental part, I will manage my stress, anxiety, and anger in a positive way. I can try to expect not being sick when someone I may know may be sick. I deserve to be healthy because I deserve to have a healthy life. I will start to think healthy, happy thoughts and imagine myself healthy.
