Personal Chefs are responsible for preparing and cooking meals. Sometimes the have to manage a small team. They also organize special events.

Some skills include food prep, food safety, and sanitation skills. Some personal characteristics include making time to cook for people on their schedule. Being able to deal with people. Also being able to make all sorts of cuisines.

Training and Enviroment

Personal chefs do not need a formal culinary education but its preferred. Formal training provides private chefs with not only essentials but also plating and styling.

Environment is normally in a home, or sometimes cater parties and have special events


Personal Chefs visit a home about once or twice a month. The make about $14-20 dollars per person per meal
