Good Things
Pink and Blue Cards
Pink and Blue Cards-
Please update your pink and blue cards with any new information then return your pink and blue cards to Susie on Monday morning. They are needed for our In-House Articulation. On Monday, June 3 is 3rd grade from 10:16-11:03 and will continue through Lunch. This will be counted as your PLC time. On Tuesday, June 4th, we will meet during your usual PLC time before school then continue our conversation from 10:16-11:03. Our articulation will be in Englehart's room. Thank you special's teachers for supporting us with this! It is greatly appreciated!
Sheiko Reading Data Wall
Please update your student's instructional levels on the data wall for June. We need this information for articulation and forming groups in September. 5th grade, we need this data to track our Tier 3 student growth. Thanks! Click here for the data wall.
End of the Year TEAM Drive-
Please check your TEAM drive in google. The End of the Year folder has been shared with you. You will find the end of the year checklist, pink and blue guidelines, On-Demand information and rubrics, and IRIP information. Let me know if you would like anything else added to it. Click here for the End of the Year folder.
Third Grade Teachers-
Please see Susie next week while the 5th grade is at Camp if you need more time for your IRIPs. We will do our best to accommodate and give you time to prepare the end of the year documents. Refer to the End of the Year team drive for IRIP information.
Building Schedule Monday and Tuesday
Tomorrow our 5th graders will be at camp. During this time I need your help to support our 3rd and 4th-grade teachers during our in-house articulations.
On Monday, 3rd-grade teachers are meeting to determine the placements of their students for next year. As a result, your normally scheduled 5th-grade special time will be allocated to a third-grade class. This same thing will occur on Tuesday, with 4th grade. I will let you know the plan for Wednesday on Tuesday after the articulation meetings. Thank you in advance for supporting our teachers (and students) with this process.
The schedule will be as follows:
Monday from 10:12-11:03. The teacher will bring down their students with the lunch wagon. You will end specials a few minutes early to get them to the cafeteria at 11:00.
Fisher (iCenter)- instead of Strutton you will have Farrington + 6 from Belcourt
Kutsick (music)- instead of Dershem you will have Thomas-Pearsall + 12 from Belcourt
Miller (gym) - instead of Maurer you will have Donovan/Levin + 7 from Belcourt
Belcourt's class will be divided into other third grade rooms. You will have approximately 31/32 students if there is perfect attendance.
Tuesday from 10:12-11:03
Hanifi (Art)- instead of Maurer you will have Winer + 8 from Snead
Kutsick (music) - instead of Strutton you will have Moss + 8 from Snead
Miller (gym)- instead of Dershem you will have Emert + 8 from Snead
Snead's class will be divided into other fourth grade rooms. You will approximately 33 students if there is perfect attendance.
Thank you again for your support! It is greatly appreciated by all of the grade level teachers and support staff.

End of the Year Reminders
End of the Year Information:
A team drive has been created for our End of the Year Information. You have been added to this team drive. If you are unable to access it please let me or Susie know. Once we receive the flags to mark the pink/blue cards we will share them with classroom teachers. If you are feeling overwhelmed with everything that needs to get done ask for help! Susie and Melissa are here for you! If needed, ask support staff who work with your student(s) for information/data to help you determine where to start your F&P testing.
