Discovery Dome Training
The teacher center purchased the Discovery Dome last spring. It is like an inflatable imax type dome where you can show short clips on a variety of topics including space science, social studies, earth science, life science topics, and more. Click here to see a complete list of titles available titles. You will need to be trained before you will be able to check it out. The cost is $100 a day. A free training will be held on November 14th at the Hughes Education building from 5:30pm-7:30pm. Please sign up here.
Google Expeditions Training
We now have two Google Expeditions kits that are available for checkout. This resource allows you to use virtual reality to take your students on a virtual field trip. You can choose between thousands of destinations such as cities, landmarks, landforms, inside the human body, space, inside a plant, and much more. You must complete a free training before you are able to check out this resource. Our next training is scheduled for November 28th from 4-5pm. Sign up here to attend the training. There is an additional charge for the expeditions, $30 a day or $100 a week.
Engineering Kit
These "Survive the Quake" kits are part of an engineering kit designed by University of Mary Students Bailee Garman, Jenn Gross, and Megan Carter.

Check out our new engineering kits! Students design a robo hand, a system for filtering water, and a structure that will withstand an earthquake. We have 4 kits of each title.
CSI kits for Middle School
We have new CSI type kits for middle school students: Case of the Kidnapped Cookies, Case of the Lost Skull, and the Golden River Heist. Students using problem solving and critical thinking skills to solve the mystery.
Littlebits Droid
Our newest Littlebits kit allows you to build and program a droid!
Additional Snap Circuits
Snap Circuits® make learning electronics easy and fun! Just follow the colorful pictures in the manual and build exciting projects, such as FM radios, digital voice recorders, AM radios, burglar alarms, doorbells, and much more!
