NOTES & REMINDERS

The Science Fair is going to be held on Wednesday, March 1, 2023. We are looking for parent volunteers to help set-up. Set-up is from 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. on 3/1. If you would like to volunteer, please email Laurie DiFalco at ldifalco@ryeneck.org with your availability. Thank you so much.

100th Day Book Drive- In celebration of our 100th day of school the PTSA and Daniel Warren are hosting a “children’s used book drive”. Our goal is to collect 100 books from each grade of well read, well loved books to be selected by your children from their personal libraries. Donations should consist of books your child and family have outgrown and are “sitting on the shelf waiting to be enjoyed by another child.” No adult books please. All books will be donated to help enrich the literary lives of less fortunate children near and far. Books may be dropped off in the box at the DW entryway February 27th-March 17th.

Garden Updates: When playing at Daniel Warren please remind your child(ren)to protect our garden. The garden beds have bulbs planted and we want to discourage digging in the beds. Thank you!

Garden Club meeting will take place at 2pm on 2/28 in the DW Library. We can't wait to collaborate and "grow" the garden together!
