• identify strategies to help learners become more effective listeners
• evaluate a set of resources to develop learners' listening skills
• discuss effective ways to provide feedback to listeners after a listening activity
• discuss how to adapt a course book listening activity
• choose strategies to support learner listening to use in your own classroom after this TAG session
