Bear Bulletin

Weeks 2 - 4 of Online Learning

A message from Mrs. Venghaus

Bear Branch Family,

We had a terrific first day of school with over 950 students logging in for class! Thank you for working with and encouraging your students through Online School. By continuing to work together we can ensure our students are engaged and learning though this process.

For attendance: Students must attend all seven classes each day, rather Synchrounous on zoom or by completing the assignment in Canvas for Asynchronous. If a student does not attend a zoom or complete an assignment for a particular course, they will be counted absent in that course for the day.

Below is a new video for scheduling your student for the remaining weeks of Online Learning. I have provided a new template and bell schedule for you. The weeks to come include our small group instruction days. It is up to you as a family rather or not you send your students. 7th graders will be on campus Thursday's and 8th grade on Friday's. We can't wait to have students on campus to fill these quiet classrooms!!!

The district has provided some guidelines for having students on campus during online learning. Please click on the PDF below to go over the information.

**Student must wear a mask or face shield**

Proud to be your student's principal,
