Campus Reminders
Arrival
Safety is our top priority so we are asking that parents please do not be on their cell phones during drop off times. This will help all parents be vigilant to their surroundings.
Due to the constant changing of Texas weather, we now have both entrances in the front of the school open for scholars to enter through. We have an adult standing at each door to welcome scholars.

Mason Promoted
I am writing this afternoon to share with you that Brenda Mason-Dyess , our Attendance Clerk has been promoted to the Executive Assistant to Dr. Xavier Lewis!!
The Executive Assistant to the Principal is in charge of managing the Principal’s calendar, managing the front office, handling substitutes, accounting, and preparing confidential reports for the Principal. Mrs. Mason is excited to begin her work in this new role, and wants parents to know, that you will still see her in the front office, just sitting at a new desk.
Due to her work in this new role, Collegiate Prep will begin an extensive search for the Campuses next Attendance Clerk. In the interim, our campus Assistant Principal, Myisha Palmer-McKinney, will serve as the main contact for attendance related issues.

Greetings Prep Family,
Over the last two weeks, we have been busy completing MAP assessments. We will conclude make-up assessments this week for scholars that were absent last week. Please ensure that your scholars come to school on time with their district Chromebook, charged and ready.
