Dietary Guidelines

Build A Heatlhy Plate

  1. I will cut back on eating at fast food places and if I do eat out I will opt for the healthier choices
  2. I already eat alot of fruit like strawberries, apples, watermelon, and bananas

Cut back on foods high in solid fats, added sugars and salt

  1. If I have an option of coke or water I will choose the water
  2. When I receive a food with salt or sweeteners I don't put any extra salt or sweeteners

Eat the Right Amount of Calories for You

  1. I will try to look at the nutrition label before i decide what to eat
  2. I make sure to eat enough calories and good food to get me through the day

Be Physically Active your Way

  1. I play softball and tennis to keep myself in shape
  2. I workout and run a few times a week too
