Recess in All Grades.
Should every kid get to have recess?
It is obvious; kids love recess much more than any class that they may have.
Most middle schoolers went from a long 30 minute recess and a 30 minute lunch, to only having a 30 minute lunch. As said from Globalpost.com, recess can give children better performance in many different topics, including not being so off task in class. Globalpost also says that recess can improve social development because of the long period time where there are no rules for talking.
Kids need to express their energy to not be jittery in class.

“It gets boring. The teacher talks too much and I have no clue on what to do” -Laura Fabian
“I don’t like that we don’t have a break time, and already in the school year I have fallen asleep twice because of how boring the class really is” -Sam OwenThis alone tells us that students need break times, but not even this can explain how much we need it.
This shows that students want a break time so bad that they fall asleep so get a break.
Recess is better for the breaks in the in the day because everybody has a moment where they cannot focus. This sticks with everybody ranging from ages 1-100, and yet when the child turns 12 they can no longer have those breaks. Recess is very beneficial in many ways, and still isn't in all grades.
