We are happy to say that our travel agent has negotiated a discounted group rates for our wedding guests and we have secured a limited amount of seats on the plane and rooms at the hotel on hold until February 15th, 2016.


This all inclusive package includes your return flights, transfer to/from airport/hotel in destination, 7 nights accommodations in standard room, Taxes, Tourist card and Departure tax.

45 days prior to departure: Loss of non refundable deposit per guest

22 - 44 days prior to departure: 50% of total coat, including taxes and services charges, per person.

21 days or less, prior to departure date: 100% of total cost, including taxes and service charges, per person.

ANY CHANGES / NAME CORRECTIONS & DOCUMENT RE-ISSUE:
1. Names changes permitted without charges, up to 45 days prior to departure.

2. Name changes permitted at a charge of $50.00 per change, 44 – 21 days prior

3. Name changes permitted at a charge of $150.00 per change, 20 – 8 days prior

4. Name change within 7 days of departure are considered as a cancellation and will be treated as such at 100% penalty loss.

5. A fee of $25.00 will be assessed for document re-issue.

6. A fee of $25.00 for travel agency service fees

Important Travel Details to enter into Cuba

PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS: Canadians will be required to present a valid passport to visit Cuba, which must be valid for (6 )six months past your intended return date. Passports must be in perfect condition: free from rips, bent pages or water damage.

You must present proof of health insurance in order to enter the country. Upon arrival, travellers may be required to present an insurance policy, insurance certificate or medical assistance card valid for the period of their stay in Cuba. Those who do not have proof of insurance coverage may be required to obtain health insurance from a Cuban insurance company when they arrive.


It is the responsibility of all passengers to verify documentation requirements directly with the embassy or consulate of travel. Log on to http://travel.gc.ca/destinations/cuba for country information, a full travel report, details on passport and visa requirements and requirements when travelling with children. Customs and/or immigration officials can deny a person entry into their country at their own discretion and travel agency or supplier will not be held responsible.


TRAVEL VACCINATIONS - As everyone's health situation is individual, your family doctor or a travel health clinic are the best people to advise you on what is right for you.

Canadians entering in to Cuba for tourist purposes must possess a tourist card. This is included in your package and you will receive this on the plane.


*The currency is the Cuban convertible peso (CUC) Cuba Peso which can only be purchased in Cuba. Canadians often encounter problems accessing funds while in Cuba. Debit cards and Canadian money transfers are not accepted in Cuba.

Credit cards are not widely accepted; in particular, credit cards issued by American financial institutions, such as American Express, and some credit cards issued by certain Canadian financial institutions affiliated with American banks, are not accepted. Please consult your bank to verify. No Automatic tellers.
Other credit cards are generally accepted at major establishments such as state-run hotels and restaurants and international resort chains. Private restaurants and private guest houses do not accept credit cards of any kind. Credit card cash advances (in CUCs) may be obtained at banks, hotels or Cadeca exchange houses found in Cuba’s international airports and in urban areas, as well as in banks and major hotels. Canadian currency (cash and traveller’s cheques) may be exchanged for CUC without fees.

2. Call Tammy at 306.530.3841 to provide credit card details to process a $250.00 per person non refundable deposit. DO NOT send credit card details through email.

Payment for both the deposit & final payment is by credit card only.

3. Final Payment will by due on or by 1:00 PM on October 14, 2016, by credit card only. (You can also make payments at any time prior to final payment by credit card.)


Please make sure that all names match EXACTLY as per your valid passport. (If a passport is needed or you have to renew, please complete this form and just note that passports are in the works. You can confirm new passport details when you get it.
