Upcoming Volunteer Options
8th Grade Recognition: It’s time to wish our 8th graders well as they head off to high school. Help is needed to serve the students and their families refreshments after the ceremony.
When: Approximately 9:15 – 11 am on Thursday, June 9th. We will be working in the cafeteria while the ceremony is underway in the gymnasium. This is a great opportunity for 6th and 7th grade families to help out so that 8th grade families can enjoy the day! The Sign-up sheet can be found here.
Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) for Fall 2022: We are looking for people to help us with organizing the PTO meetings next year. We all share in the work, but could really use help and fresh ideas around fund-raising, social media/communications, and brainstorming ideas around meeting topics and formats. And you don’t have to be a parent or teacher to participate! As Ramsey changes the name of the school next year, we also hope to rename the PTO to make it clear that it’s more than just parents and teachers - it’s all sorts of family and community members united to help our students and staff succeed!
Please join us! Send an email to RamseyPTO@gmail.com if you have any questions or ideas.

Tech Tips
iPad Cleaning
On Wednesday, June 8, all students will be cleaning iPads at school. All students are welcome to keep the iPads for the summer, returning to school with them in the fall. Any students who are attending Summer School must keep their iPads and bring them to summer school. Only those students who are not returning to St. Paul Public Schools or students whose families don't want the iPads over the summer will turn them in at the library with the case and charger on June 8 after cleaning. Eighth graders attending a St. Paul Public Schools high school do not turn iPads in unless their family doesn't want it over the summer. Please Return All Hotspots
SPPS will no longer be using Hotspots to provide students with Internet access. They are going to be using Comcast Internet Essentials instead. If you still have a Hotspot at home, working or not, please return it to school by Friday, June 10. All Hotspots not returned will be turned off on or around June 17, except those distributed by Project Reach (see below). Families will be able to request a Comcast Internet Essentials code for free Internet as part of the iUpdate process for the 2022-23 school year. Families who are experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity can contact Project Reach for a Hotspot.
