Game night was so fun. We enjoyed seeing so many of our families and students. We will definitely be doing this again so keep those daubers handy. Thank you for making this night so special.

Thanks to our Wave Club and Student Council as well as our teachers and families that were able to join us for the Project Hope Black History Parade. It was chilly but so fun to share this awesome event with our Conroe family.

Kindness is always in style but we will really celebrate this week. Join us to celebrate by dressing in the themed days. More information is provided below.

Please get with your child's teacher if you are unsure what the Valentine plans are for this week. Each grade does a little something different but generally, we celebrate at the end of the instructional day with a treat and Valentine exchange.

Kona Ice will be here Thursday, send $3 to school if you would like your child to get this tasty treat.

There will be no school Friday, February 17th and Monday, February 20th. Enjoy this four-day weekend with your families. Our students have been working hard and certainly deserve this time.

Congratulations to Mrs. Pelczar (Teacher of the Year), Ms. Garlock (Humanitarian of the Year), and Ms. Machann (Rising Star). It is an honor and privilege to work with these ladies and I know our community will agree when we say they are an amazing gift to our school.

At Giesinger we spread kindness every day, but during the week of February 13-16 our kindness is out of this world. Students, please help spread kindness all around our school with the following dress up days.

Monday – We dream of Kindness: Wear pajamas.

Tuesday – We’re on Team Kindness: Wear any team shirt or jersey.

Wednesday – Decades worth of Kindness: Dress in clothing from your favorite decade.

Thursday - Tip your hat to Kindness: Wear a hat.

CHS Baseball is doing a Future Tigers program that will support the baseball team this year.

For $25 kids will get a shirt, which gives them free entry into all games, and they will be able to come to any CHS Saturday games, stand with the team for the National Anthem and run the bases after the game.
