You can help set-up for the event on Friday from 5:30-7, or help with the event on Saturday from 9-2, or even help clean-up on Saturday from 2-3. We don't expect you to be able to stay the whole time on Saturday, we just ask for your commitment an hour at a time.
We would also ask that you arrive about 15 minutes before your slot so we can familiarize you with the activities.

Social Justice Summit T-Shirts by Friday, April 8th
Hey Educators!
We hope y'all have had a great break and are ready to start working hard to finish the semester off strong, but still remember to find some time to relax! With that being said, the Appalachian Social Justice Summit is April 29th and we are now selling the Appalachian Social Justice Summit t-shirt on the JCG Store! We encourage everyone to order a shirt, especially those who want to be involved in the event, and come out to the Summit to relax and learn about various Social Justice issues that will be relevant to life now, and as a future teacher.
The shirts are Gildan 100% preshrunk cotton t-shirts and are $15.00. The order will close on April 8th at 10pm which is Friday.
To order, please go online to jcgstore.com, click Appalachian State, choose App Ed, and order away! Or, click this link here!
Thank you all for your endless support. Diversity and T-shirt/Fundraising Committee are looking forward to see you all rock your social justice spirit in a few weeks!
If you have any questions, please let myself (Caitlin), Holly, or Kalen know!
