Get to Know Your New Principal - Lisa Campbell
What an incredible start to my first week at Northampton Elementary! The staff, students, and parents have been so welcoming in my first few days as a Colt. I am beyond blessed to have joined this family!
I am a native Houstonian and am a graduate of Jersey Village High School in Cy-Fair ISD. I received a B.S. from Texas A&M University (Whoop!) in Early Childhood Education and a Master of Education in Educational Administration from Lamar University. I most recently served as the Assistant Principal at Haude Elementary School. I am married to my high-school sweetheart, Jason.
I am looking forward to getting to know each of you more and excited to see what all we will accomplish together!
I will be hosting a meet and greet egg hunt on Tuesday, March 27th and would love for you to join! Please see the image invitation below for more details.

Come meet Mrs. Campbell!
New Front Entrance is Opening Wednesday, March 21st!
We will be opening the new front entrance Wednesday, March 21st. Please review the visitor entrance procedures below. Thank you for your patience through this process. We are not changing the traffic flow at this time.
One of the best ways to provide a safe environment in which to learn is to know who is in the building at all times. Many thanks to everyone for their understanding with our sign-in procedures. Our buzzer/camera system allows us to keep our doors locked throughout the school day. To enter the building, you must press a button outside the main entrance doors. This will alert the office to your presence and we will ask for your name and the nature of your visit. We will then grant access to our parents and visitors by pressing a button to unlock the door. Once inside, go to the right and walk into the office. You will be asked to provide a photo ID and to sign our visitor log. You will be given a visitor’s badge. Please wear it in your upper chest area where it can be easily seen.
It is imperative that visitors do not hold the door open for others behind them. Each visitor must be acknowledged individually through the buzzer system.Upcoming Dates:

Counselor's Corner - Tammy Arvie, Counselor, M.ED.
Greeting from your school counselor, Mrs. Arvie. For the month of April, our Quality of Greatness word is Work Ethics/Perseverance. We can show that we persevere, by keep going, and doing our best even if things are hard and take a log time. When we persevere, we can reach or goal. Here are some discussion questions that parents can use with their child(ren) at home.
Perseverance Discussion Questions
Ø Do I stay positive even when I make mistakes?
Ø Do I encourage others to keep trying, no matter how difficult it may be?
Ø When I am confronted by a problem, do I work until it is solved?
Ø Am I patient with others and myself when something is hard?
