Holiday Festivities At Gayman
During these past two weeks there has been a whirlwind of holiday activities throughout the school. We started this week with a holiday sign-along and ended with many classroom parties!
Wishing everyone a safe and happy holiday break!
Holiday Gift Of Giving
The Bucks County Schools Intermediate Unit (BCIU) is the managing agent for Region #8 (Bucks County) for the state's Homeless Children's Initiative (HCI).
The HCI ensures that homeless children and youth are immediately enrolled in school. Typically, the HCI provides referrals, develops strategies, encourages parents as to how to best help their children in school, and responds to requests for school supplies and school activity fees.
With the help of the Gayman Elementary School community, we were able to donate $1,580 in gift cards to this initiative. These gift cards will allow parents to personally shop for needed grocerties and holiday gifts for their children. Thank you for contributing to this worthwhile cause and have a happy holiday season!!!
Mr. Shane Burroughs, Regional Site Coordinator for BCIU along with Mrs. Bullard, Ms. Vass and Mr. Testani
A Big Thank You!!
