South African Government

South Africa has a Constitutional republic and a Parliamentary republic. A Constitutional republic is a state and other officials are representatives of the people. "Parliamentary democracy democratic from of government and which the party with the greates representation in the parliament forms the government"


Different ethnic groups. 9 difficulty- recognized local languages. Zulu and Xhosa speakers are the 2 largest groups.

Because of colonial past South Africa has a large number of Afrikaans ( descend from Dutch settlers) and English speakers.
