'How to Humanize Your Online Class' is a faculty experience designed to assist faculty in improving learning in the online environment by improving instructor presence, ensuring quality instructor- student interaction and encouraging student-student interaction. This experience will involve both synchronous and asynchronous participation. All faculty currently teaching online or planning to teach online are invited to join.

Structure of Learning Experience
'How to Humanize your Online Class' will consist of two learning modules with 3 weeks in between for participants to pilot and share ideas.
Learning Module 1: January 8th-15th
Learning Module 1: January 8th-15th
- Synchronous Conversation to be scheduled with participating faculty the week of January 8th
- Synchronous Conversation to be scheduled with participating faculty the week of February 5th
Times for synchronous conversation TBD based on faculty schedules.
*Faculty participants are expected to participate in both Learning Modules and both synchronous sessions. Please mark your calendar.
