Why: Because you want to get faster in a environment conducive to training and learning
How: Specific bike and run sessions with data analysis and swim sessions with stroke analysis will help to put the polish on your winter of hard work

What it includes:
4 days of training developed by Brian Stover and Heath Dotson to help you "Get Faster"
Post Ride Data analysis in WKO+ for those that have a power meter
Underwater swim stroke analysis and correction with coaches on deck during swim
Sag support for ride
BBQ at HD Coaching Headquarters (AKA Heath's house)
All Meals (with the exception of the BBQ) and Housing are responsibility of campers.

Swim workout 4-5k
Wedge Brewery group run- 9 miles uptempo
Friday: Epic Friday
Easy Run 45-50min
Mitchell Ride 6hrs 10k ft of climbing leaving from Downtown
(Bail out loop available ~60miles total)
Data dump all power data for analysis.
Swim 2.5 hours video stroke correction drills
Trail Run ~1:00-1:30 hr
Cookout: Review video and Power data with campers.
3:00 ride for those that can stay.
About Accelerate 3 and HD Coaching
HD Coaching is Heath Dotson. Heath has lived in Asheville for more than 17 years and has been involved in endurance sports for more than 25. He coaches both triathletes and cyclists and has helped lead his athletes to multiple age group wins and national championship medals.
