Accommodations and Designated Supports
Some of the designated supports and accommodations require additional follow-up. Please be aware of the following if you are recommending anything below for any of your students.
Multiplication Chart: The multiplication chart for the SBAC must be the SBAC-approved one and can be printed for students from: http://caaspp.org/rsc/pdfs/CAASPP.multiplication-table.pdf
Read Aloud Training: If read aloud is selected as a designated support or accommodation, there are very strict guidelines - THESE MUST BE PRINTED AND FOLLOWED BY ANYONE ACTING AS A READ ALOUD! Embedded Designated Supports - Glossaries: Those accessing a translation glossary must have it indicated in TOMS prior to test - here is a quick worksheet packet to show students so they are familiar with accessing the glossary:
Text-to-Speech Designated Support Update: The Text-to-Speech Designated Support can now be checked for both ELA and Math items, please go back into TOMS and check the both button if this applies to your students.
