Message from the Principal

During the first two weeks of school staff concentrated on welcoming students back into the building and creating a safe and friendly environment for all. It was absolutely wonderful to greet so many students and to open our classrooms to days full of learning! Many staff wore their new staff t-shirt which states on the front "We are SO glad YOU are here!" We feel strongly that we want to send students this message each and every day they come to Lake Louise.

Families will have the opportunity to learn more about their student's daily learning cycle on Wednesday, September 1st at Parent Orientation. The schedule is as follows:

5:45pm Kinder
6:00-6:30pm 1st and 6th
6:30-7:00 2nd and 3rd
7:00-7:30 4th and 5th

Only one adult per household can attend the in-person event and all attendees must wear a mask. Teachers will send live links to their families so that families can attend virtually as well.

Please send a water bottle with your student everyday. We have bottle fillers that are very useful in supporting students' hydration needs and a healthy and sanitary school environment.

Lastly, Lake Louise has many resources for students and families in need: food, clothing, coats, shoes, school supplies, and much more. If your family needs any of these resources please don't hesitate to reach out to the school 847-963-5600.

If you have any questions about this or any other issue please send an email to the principal seoanej@ccsd15.net. She is happy to engage any family in conversations about important issues.

We invite families to purchase school supplies for their students using the lists provided for each grade level.
