Free Pilates Classes
In the wellness center Monday Wednesday and Friday at 6:30pm
Pilates increases flexibility, tones, strengthens, and lengthens muscles. Making it a great way to achieve all your fitness goals, and have a fun in the process. The only thing it's missing is you!
