Rock cycle
Like most Earth materials ,rocks are created and destroyed in cycles. The rock cycle is a model that describes the formation, breakdown, and reformation of rocks. Aloso known as Weathering, Erosion, and Deposition. W.E.D.
WEATHERING
is the breaking down of rocks, soil and minerals as well as artificial materials through contact with water, air, wind, nature and time.
TIME, WATER ,AND WIND
The breaking down of this boulder took over 3 years. The resources that helped to break it down was time, water, and wind.
TIME, WATER, AND WIND
The breaking down of this boulder took 5 and a half years. The resources that helped to break it down was time, wind, and water.
NATURE
The breaking down of this rock took about 1 year. The resources that helped break it down was nature.
EROSION
is a process by wich soil and rocks are removed from the Earth's surface by exogenic processes such as wind or water flow, and then transported and deposited in other locations.
WATER FLOW
The erosion happened because of the waves that caused the sand to move to another location.
HURRACANE/WATER FLOW
The erosion happened when a hurricane took some land that caused the hole to expand.
WATER FLOW
The erosion was caused when the water from the river took soil then she deposited it and made a border.
DEPOSITION
is the geological process by wich sediments, soil, and rocks are added to a landform or land mass.Wind, ice, and water , as well as sediment following via gravity ,transport previously eroded sediments, wich, at the loss of enough kinetic energy in the fluid, is deposited, building up layers of sediment.
WATER
The ocean deposited new land on the beach that means that they builded new layers of sediment.
WIND
The tornado deposited new land and also damaged the beach and the tornado is build out of cold air and hot air.
WATER
The ocean deposited new layers of rocks into the beach
