"What Would I Actually Be DOING?"
Rodan + Fields consultants act as brand ambassadors, with 2 main activities: promoting an award-winning product and sharing a life-changing business venture. From the product side, we are not a "party plan" and we do not stock inventory. We sell product by sharing our own results and experience, and as our Preferred Customers also share their results, our business grows like wildfire. The great thing about promoting consumable products is the ability to earn residual income. (This really sets this opportunity apart from other direct sales - listen up!) The products literally wash down the bathroom sink, and when your customers run out, they reorder. So you are potentially earning commission on each customer over and over again.
"How Do I Get PAID?"
In Rodan + Fields, we get paid 3 different ways:
1) First, we get the retail profits on all the products we personally sell---the difference between the Preferred Customer and the wholesale price. Additionally, we enroll our customers in our risk free Preferred Customer program that gives them 10% off and free shipping as well as puts them on a flexible autoship program. On top of the retail profit, you also make an additional 10% on all personal Preferred Customer orders, + an extra 5% when you are promoted to Executive Consultant ( >$600 in commissionable volume). For example: By selling a REDEFINE Regimen to a PC ($174), your total commission will be $50.75.
2) The big money comes from growing a team of Consultants who sell product and also grow a team themselves. This earns us commissions and residual income. Here's how it works. For every Preferred Customer and Consultant you personally bring into the business, you earn 15% on all that volume. And for every Consultant and Preferred Customer your team brings on board, up to 6 levels down in perfect duplication, you get 5% on all that volume. Over time, you can imagine how your team, multiplying month after month, creates a considerable residual income. And, when you get to the very top of the pay plan, you'll get an extra 2.5% payout on your 7th level. In a mature organization, that little extra can mean up to a 50% increase on your monthly check.
