A Message From the Principal
Dear Parents/Guardians
I cannot believe we are halfway through October, and I could not be happier with our year to this point. Students are growing in all three facets: socially, academically and emotionally. Our teachers are doing an excellent job of meeting the individual needs of every student. We are very encouraged by our technology academic programing and our commitment to technology. We are entering our third year of collaborating with Apple Inc. We spent last Wednesday with a certified Apple consultant working on ways we can best utilize Apple products to enhance the learning experience of our students. Our teachers left the meetings with great take-aways to implement in their classrooms. We will engage in similar collaboration and follow-up sessions with Apple throughout the school year. We are also finding that the uses for Apple expand far beyond the capacity that most people use thems, so this is also a way to guide our students toward mastery of the products. East Bradford would like to send a huge shout out to Dr. Jim Scanlon and our central office leadership for providing our schools with such amazing resources.

Other EBE News
Parents Night Out – What an amazing night! Thank you to all the parents who allowed their children to participate. If you did not have an opportunity to participate this time, there will be other opportunities to join in the fun throughout the year. Thank you to our teacher volunteers and college student volunteers who helped out. Adults and students had a blast! Again thank you for the opportunity to spend three fun-filled hours with our students!

Please refer to the Halloween flier that I emailed earlier today. This flier details all things Halloween.
Weather Alert
Please continue to monitor the weather. The last two weeks have seen about a 10-degree fall in temperature. Please encourage students to dress accordingly. We have had a very healthy October, so let’s try to maintain our healthy streak!
