Accessing Translation on Mobile
Please note the Translation Feature is only available for users on the Educator Pro, Educator Premium, Smore for Teams, the Non-Profits plans and the highest Business plan.
Your audience can translate your newsletter in seconds on mobile devices!
1. Open the Newsletter on a Mobile Device - Your recipients will need to open the online live version of your newsletter by clicking the "View it in your browser" link provided at the top of the email , on the Translate button, or anywhere on the email.
3. Click on the person, then translate- Your visitors and recipients will need to select the little person, then "translate". They will be able to translate your newsletter to their desired language.

1. How do my recipients use the Translation Feature on their mobile devices?
We currently do not offer the option to translate the emailed version of newsletters, so your recipients will need to open the web version of your newsletter by clicking the "View it in your browser" link provided at the top of the email.
Once they have accessed the web version of the newsletter, they can look at the top of the newsletter to find the person icon to enable the Accessibility Bar and the "Translate Newsletter" option.
2. Can I print the Translated Newsletter?
We currently do not offer the ability to print the newsletter in the translated language. You can only print out a newsletter in the language it was created in.
3. I'm on the $99 Educator plan, how do I access the Translation Feature?
The Translation Feature is not included with the Educator Basic Plan. If you'd like to upgrade your plan to the Educator Pro or the Educator Premium, you can do so by visiting our Educator Pricing Page HERE.
If you are currently on a Premium Plan and want to upgrade to a more expensive plan, you will only be charged the prorated amount depending on where you are in your current billing cycle. The prorated amount is calculated at checkout.
