ZuriWorks Celebrates Survivors
and 35th Birthday of ZuriWorks Founder, Dr. Andrene Taylor
Get Exposed: A Photo docuseries on Cancer Survivorship
In recognition of Leukemia and Lymphoma Awareness Month, ZuriWorks presents Get Exposed, a docuseries of photographs that features the triumphant stories women of color who have battled cancer. Photographed first hand by these cancer warriors and professional photographer Kea Taylor, the project pays tribute to the courage and spirit of women who are often sidelined in the fight against cancer.
September 24 is also the 35th birthday of Zuriworks founder Andrene Taylor. After defeating blood cancer three times and being given just months to live at the age of 25, Andrene is a true testament to the power, courage, and faith of cancer warriors and we hope you will join us as we celebrate this incredible milestone.

About The Exposures Project
The Exposures Project is an expressive photography and support group project that teaches cancer patients and survivors to use the power of photography and their own voices to become effective advocates for cancer awareness and health change in their communities.
Our Purpose
The Project's aim is to create real change. Using women’s photographs, we create traveling exhibits for public spaces to increase awareness of challenges facing women affected by cancer in low-income communities.
