This was created by china in 500 BC. This helped the Chinese find there way around when sailing or traveling on land.
Paper Money
Yes the Chinese were the first to have paper money. They called it "Flying Money" because of how light it was.
Chinese Fireworks
The Chinese used these for entertaining. They also used it for battle they would fire these of and the enemy would take cover and when they put there head up the Chinese would be there ready.
The Terrace Method
The Incas used this method because they mostly lived in the mountains and they could not farm like other socialites. They would form some of the land so they could form Canopy and get water get to the places needed and let rain take care of the rest.
Dry Farming
The Hopi used this method because they had very little water. The got about 12 inches of water a year. This type of farming required a lot of hard work.
Slash And Burn
The Mayans used many different forms of farming but slash and burn was there most common form of agriculture. They would take what they need and burn the rest like the stems.

The Mayans lived in the tropical lowlands which is now Guatemala. By 1000 most Mayans left when the Spanish arrived and they then moved to scattered small huts or villages.

The Aztecs main/capital city was named Tenochtitlan which is now at the site of modern day Mexico City. The city was divided into 4 symmetrical sections.
The Incas
The Incas lived in the Andes Mountains in south America. They range from Southern Chile, Argentina, Bolivia, Peru and, Ecuador.
Chocolate
The Mayans highly favored chocolate and cacao beans they even used them both as a currency. It was also a big part of there culture. The thing is that cacao beans were less valued than regular chocolate and was demanded it be a part of the tribute.
Khipus
The Incas used these like letters or phones to communicate.
They said different things depending on there length and color and is believed it also depend on how many knots it had. But today people still do not know what the letters were.
Freeze-Drying
The Incas lived so high up so it was freezing at night so they would freeze food to keep it from going bad. This was extremely helpful due to the fact its very hard to farm at that height.
Floating Gardens
Since Aztecs were the last to grab there land they only got swamp land which meant very little farming land. But they worked around it and invented floating gardens.
Soccer
The Aztecs didn't exactly play it like soccer but it was something that strongly resembled soccer. It was a game where the hoop was a round metal ring representing sunrise and sunset and used a rubber ball that had to get through the hoop.

This often involved the killing of an animal or the bloodletting of a member of the community. They believed this pleased the gods.
Elaborate Pyramidal Temples
These were used to pay hum-age to the gods to show there gratitude towards the gods one might say.
Gifts
Aztecs would give gift to the gods at the temples they had built for them. They would also have a ceremony as a gift.
