Student Login & Passwords
When a student first joins PSD they are issued a 7 digit Student ID#. This will carry through to graduation and is also the number they use for lunch so every student should memorize it. The default password is set as all lowercase first and last initials, month, date and year of their birth followed by the first and last initials. Please see Michelle's sample below using her name and birthdate.
Login: 1234567@pennsburysd.org
Password: mj08311977mj
In the event a student needs their password reset Michelle can do this. Please send your student down to the main office with their Chromebook between 9AM - 1PM if they need assistance.
As a reminder passwords should NOT be attached to Chromebooks or shared amongst students. It should be kept secure so only the user has access to it.
Got Pizza Boxes?
Kristy Davis is in need of pizza boxes for the 1st grade mini-golf courses. She needs 40 or more. Please consider donating your pizza box the next time you order. No worries if it is greasy! Thank you!
Orchestra Rehearsal will occur EVERY Rotation Day 3.
Bass players who have lessons on day 4 will also now come for orchestra on day 3 and then have their regularly scheduled lesson the following day (day 4). Orchestra rehearsal will be from 1:00-1:30 every day 3. All students will eat together from 1:30-2:00. As in the past, 4th grade will swap their lunch/recess time and will eat with 5th graders on orchestra days.
Reading Olympics Volunteers Needed
All future snow days will be remote learning days with synchronous (live) instruction.

KidsCare is Hiring!
KidsCare, like many other organizations, at times finds it difficult to find very many high-quality caring people to join our team. We have a referral bonus which you would be eligible for of $1,000 (or we could make a payment to the charity of your choice) if you suggest someone who joins our team and works through the end of the school year. If you have a friend, family member, neighbor, etc. who would like to work part-time on a flexible schedule this could be a good match. Our jobs are Monday - Friday with most being 3:00 - 6:00 PM, but some also including 7:00 - 9:00 AM. We follow the school calendar. The person could also be someone who is already in the school such as a cafeteria worker, cleaner, aide, etc. The process would be to send us the name of the person before they apply and then have them call us at 215-230-3445. Best regards, Charlie Stough & Robyn Jardine
