We've all done it. The fad diets, fake foods and gimmicks that promise you'll lose weight if you just do (or eat) this one thing. And after a week or so, we give up. It's not our fault.
Weight Control is not just about one food or nutrient. It's not even just about calories in versus calories out. It's a complicated business with many factors.
