Items to Complete Before Open House:

  • MyPaymentsPlus
  • Transportation Parent Authorization (found below)
  • Update Personal Information In ParentPortal.

If you have a printer, feel free to print the Transportation Parent Authorization form and bring to Open House with you. If you do not have a printer, you can email it to the homeroom teacher, and she will print it for you. If you cannot complete these items before Open House, we will have paper copies for you.

***Homeroom teachers will send a Welcome Letter this afternoon to all of the students in their class.

***Several homeroom teachers will need to go to other schools to meet their personal child's teachers. If this conflicts with our Open House, the teacher will contact you directly.

GCPS In-Person Staggered Start Dates

The first day of school for all students is Wednesday, August 4. However, some groups of students will begin the year digitally.

Staggered Start for In-Person Learning:

  • August 4th – Pre-K, K, & 1st
  • August 5th – 2nd & 3rd
  • August 9th – 4th & 5th

***Students in grades 2-5 who need to take home a

device may check one out at Open House.***

Student Password Reset

On July 23, 2021, your student’s password will be reset to reflect their birthday. To access the student portal, your student will be required to type their numeric birthday in the password field using two digits for their birth month, two digits for their birthday, and four digits for their birth year. For example, if your student’s birth occurred on June 9, 2015, their reset password would be 06092015.


MyPaymentsPlus allows parents to pay for contributions and activities and sign orientation documents. All parents must sign the orientation forms. Two documents have been created to assist you with completing this process. If you need additional assistance, you can contact the school.

School Nutrition Program

The USDA granted a waiver for our School Nutrition Program. Based on the guidance received from GaDOE, we are able to offer meals at no charge for all students. No payment is required. This includes in-person and digital students.

While an application is not required to receive meals, we encourage you to fill one out in case you need an eligibility status and/or Proof of Benefits Letter for other services The link is provided below.
