Annotation
Bethany is soon turning thirteen and her parents have been acting quite odd with her mom balling her eyes out everyday and her dad not letting her out of his sight. Out of nowhere her dad rushes them out of the house and into the car not telling Bethany where they're going. They drive through states and finally get to their destination. There she is left with her so called aunt that she didn't even know existed . Everyone seems to know something Bethany doesn't. The name Elizabeth is always being brought up. Then a package of birth certificates shows up from her dad, all different in a way. Now Bethany is determined to know the truth. The reader will go on this mysterious quest with Bethany to find out the truth.
My Favorite Character
My favorite character would have to be Bethany. She is full of good vibes and positive energy which makes her a great character. She always wanted to explore her surroundings but was always trapped between the four walls. She also learns to be independent through out the book and not rely on others so much. Overall she is an amazing character that you will love.
My Recomindation
I recommend this book to those who love a good mystery book; just when you think you solved the case another twist and turn happens. The book just gets better and better and you get sad when the book ends. I just really loved all of the adrenaline that the book produced. The book was just an AMAZING book.
