Loudoun Cares

The Story Continues

“I was introduced to Loudoun Cares by one of the founding members during their inception several years ago. This wonderful organization fills a huge void in Loudoun County for not only other non-profits in need but also Loudoun community members in crisis ... I personally have referred dozens of people over the years to this amazing organization. As a business owner in Loudoun County, it is my fundamental responsibility to support local non-profit organizations and I look forward to working with and supporting Loudoun Cares for years to come.”

Help with Holiday Preparations

It is at this time each year that we begin to receive a flurry of concerned callers to our helpline about last minute holiday help and provisions. Loudoun offers many holiday programs, but there will always be those who have missed the deadlines to sign up for these programs. At the helpline, we look for alternate resources, as best we can, to meet those last minute concerns. Each year, it is something of a mystery, but it seems that for every person in need of care - there is a person who expresses their desire to show care to their friend in need. We never know how it will work out, we just trust that it will, and it always does!

Do you wish to help a family in need? If so - it's not too late! Or, perhaps you know a family in need? It's never too late to call. Call the Loudoun Cares Helpline today ... 703-669-4636

"CMCB has been eye-opening for me. This is the first time I've done long-term volunteering, and I just love seeing how my work helps others or knowing in my heart that someone, somewhere will benefit. I have done many things through this program that I would not have done otherwise, and I have enjoyed every minute of it." -Kayla Wright-Freeman
