What is Frontline Education Management System?
Frontline Education Management System is the system in which employees will catalog absences, supervisors will approve them, and the system in which teachers will also request a substitute.
Below are the Frontline training materials for absence management.
Beginning January 2nd, all employees will use Frontline to enter their absences.
We recommend that you watch the following video to learn some of the basic information about Frontline, including how to log into the system. Become familiar now so that you are ready for district implementation on January 2nd.
Logging in: You must use your Organization SSO (Single Sign on) which is your WNESU email and password. Access the website at : https://app.frontlineeducation.com/

Quick Start Guide
Frontline Access
*Download Frontline Education from the App Store: It is free and an understandable interface and allows you to enter absences via your phone.
Logging in: You must use your Organization SSO (Single Sign on) which is your WNESU email and password. Access the website at : https://app.frontlineeducation.com/
To call the Absence Management System: : You can also log absences with a PIN number, by calling in at 1-800-942-3767. You can access your PIN number under "Account" and "Phone Credentials"
To Note:
-Leave Banks: Please compare the leave banks noted in Frontline with the leave time noted on your pay stub or in your Tyler account. Please email payroll@wnesu.com if there are discrepancies. Make sure it matches what you think you have and what is documented on your paystub.
- What absences need to be noted?: Absences for personal days and vacation days can be entered for approval in Frontline. Sick days should be entered but do not need to be approved.
Timeline of Implementation
-Administrative Assistants will continue entering absences until January 2nd. Beginning January 2nd, all employees will enter their absences for approval.
-Coming Up: Training on Time Clock and Timesheets in Frontline are coming later this winter. For now, employees who submit timesheets should continue to do so as they have.
Training of Substitutes: We hope to have existing substitutes trained on Frontline by January. Any new substitutes will be trained as part of the onboarding process by WNESU Central Office.

These newsletters will also cross- reference Human Resource Department's 'Coffee Corner' newsletter, which is published monthly and sent to you via Team WNESU.
