Write the word. Draw a loop under each syllable. Ask students to look for parts they know. Sound out each syllable. Blend the syllables together to read the word.

HOW DOES OUR ENROLLMENT STACK UP?
Have you ever wondered how the enrollment growth at ACE compares to the two previously built new schools in the district, Centennial and Groves? The attached chart shows an enrollment growth comparison between the three schools in years 1-3. Obviously ACE is just in its first year, but we still can see some important information in just looking at the 3 schools during their first year.
ACE started with the lowest enrollment of the 3 schools when it opened.
ACE is growing at somewhere between 2 and 3 times the rate of either school during their first year.
Each school got an enrollment bump of between 108 and 128 students during their first summer.
What does this tell us? We can expect to continue to see fast enrollment growth at ACE moving into next year.
Enrollment is definitely not a bad thing because we are working to create, with you, a great school for our community. What we will continue to need from you and your family is your strong support for our school. You can show this by being involved, volunteering, and serving at the school on a regular basis. Together we can help us realize the vision of making ACE the best part of a student's day!
