It is important for all team members to attend all team meetings as this is when we worship together, learn about our service area for the weekend, critique practice talks, and join together as one unit so the team is ready to serve the Lord and the candidates on the weekend.
Remember, team fees are $150 so start saving now. Team fees will be collected during the team meetings and should be submitted by the 3rd team meeting as many of the weekend expenses occur prior to the weekend. If arrangements need to be made for additional time to submit team fees, please talk with assistant heads during the team meetings.
There will be a collection taken at each team meeting for scholarships. Please pray about contributing to the scholarship fund. If you wish to contribute to the scholarship fund, but will not be attending team meetings, contact Frank Iaquinta at 615-522-8393 or email@example.com Those in need of scholarships are reminded that you are requested to pay at least 1/2 of the team fee or whatever portion you are able to contribute.

It is an honor for me to serve as the rector of SCKTD #11. I believe God will do amazing things for all those involved.
I grew up traveling all 50 states and 35 countries in all corners of the globe with my family. We ministered the Gospel to untold numbers, spanning over 18 years of my life. I can truly say I have witnessed the awesomeness of God up close and personal.
That being said, I believe my role this weekend is to stay out of the way and allow God to heal, restore and REDEEM every moment that has been stolen in our lives. I really trust the Tres Dias process and have been amazed at the results every time I have served a weekend.
Through prayer, I expect nothing less than God's perfect will. As we walk in unity with a humble heart of worship... we will surely see HIM!
Team Fee and Candidate Fee Q and A
Q. What are my fees used for? When and how can I pay those?
A. Team fees and candidate fees are essential to the operation of the Tres Dias weekend. This money is used to pay campground rental, buy food and drink for team and candidates, and pay for printing costs, Pilgrim's guides, crosses and other supplies for the weekend. At the first team meeting, team members will be given a commitment form asking about your plans to pay team fees. All team fees need to be paid by the 3rd team meeting, on February 13, as many of the costs are incurred prior to the weekend. Team fees are $150.00 and can be paid with cash or check at team meetings. Feel free to make partial payments at each team meeting if needed.
Q. What if I can't pay team fees? I really want to serve.
A. If you desire to serve and cannot pay the entire team fee, scholarships are available. Team members needing scholarships can indicate that on their commitment forms and assistant head chas will work out details with you. Everyone receiving scholarships is asked to pay as much as possible toward the team fee, even if you can't pay the full amount. If you have received a scholarship in the past, you will need to plan to pay at least 50% ($75.00) toward your team fees. A collection for scholarships will be taken at each team meeting.
Q. Does it cost anything for candidates to attend?
A. Yes. Candidate fees are $50.00 and must be paid when candidate applications are submitted in order to guarantee the candidate's spot for the weekend. Candidate fees are typically paid by the sponsor and are considered an investment in the candidate's spiritual life.
Have you ever wondered who makes decisions for the South Central Kentucky Tres Dias community? The community is overseen by a group of volunteers who serve as a group called the "Secretariat." The secretariat is responsible for obtaining the location for the weekends, setting dates for weekends and team meetings, setting candidate and team fees, procuring food and supplies for the weekend, responsibly managing funds, maintaining records, keeping pescadores connected and informed, selecting the rectors, making decisions and handling anything else that comes up concerning the South Central Kentucky Tres Dias community. Members of the secretariat and their contact information are listed below. Feel free to contact any member of the secretariat with any questions, concerns, suggestions or comments you have. Contact information for secretariat members can also be found on the SCKTD website. http://www.scktd.info/Contact_Us___Directions.html
There are a couple of open positions on the secretariat. If you are interested in serving in one of those positions, contact Frank Iaquinta at firstname.lastname@example.org
