Principal's Message

Dear Parents,

For those of you who are morning car riders, we need your help. Due to the higher volume of car riders this year, we have extended the car rider window until 8:15 and also let some cars drop off in the front, once buses have left. Unfortunately, we cannot have a full staff at car riders past 8:10, because teachers have to start teaching at 8:15. As time has gone on, more and more parents are rushing into the car rider line right before we close at 8:15. This is causing a safety concern, so I need your help. Please, think of the 8:10-8:15 window as a "for emergencies only" option. If you arrive at 8:00, the line is moving very quickly and we can get you on your way. If you can please arrive by 8:10, it will help us make your drop off easy and safe for all our students.

Please remember that starting tomorrow morning, you can sign up for Parent Teacher Conferences on our BLES website, and we encourage you to do so.

I hope you all enjoy Fall Break!

Your Principal and Partner,

Dr. Pendleton
