Good morning, everyone! I hope you made it through yesterday's blizzard unscathed!

Here's your weekly reminder to send in your steps to Elizabeth Spender-Smith for our Walking to Vegas challenge. We still have a long way to go to get to Las Vegas!! It isn't too late to join in if you haven't been participating. More details are below!

DON'T FORGET THERE IS FREE PIZZA THIS THURSDAY FOR LUNCH!! Come to HR's Lunch & Learn (details below) to enjoy some free pizza and gain some valuable information.

For those of you who have not heard, this will be my last week working here at the NRC. My husband and I have received job offers out-of-state, so we are moving. It's been a pleasure to work here at NRC with you! I hope I've been of some help!

Stretch & Burn

Get ready for the NRC Spring Healthy Challenge: 10 Weeks to Vegas!

The time to get up & moving is coming! Beginning TODAY (Monday, January 4th) the NRC will start walking our way from Raleigh to Vegas. Please turn in your steps and/or mileage on Monday each week to see how far we traveled. At the end of the challenge, the week of March 7th, we'll have a Vegas-themed party to celebrate a successful trip to Vegas!

Please send your mileage to Elizabeth Spender-Smith via email on each MONDAY.
